This dress is just beyond description. I’ll let the pictures do the talking, but I do want to point out the incredible convertible nature of the dress. It’s comprised of three layers: slip, blue high-low hem, one-shoulder dress, and organza with stitched ribbon overlay. Scroll to the last photo to see it without the overlay or slip.
